Let's get to know you

Check-in & Setup

  • Vendor check-in begins at 10:30 AM on Friday. Please arrive on time to avoid disrupting the setup process.
  • Vendors may leave their tents overnight; however, MTWS is not responsible for any loss or damage.
  • Setup will begin after check-in is complete. No early arrivals will be permitted.

Spaces

  • Vending spaces are selected at check-in on a first-come first-serve basis. A sign with a QR code will be posted in a designated location in front of each building.
  • Each space is 10ft × 10ft.
  • Sisters' spaces are in the front yard of the Sisters' building. Brothers' spaces are in the front parking lot of the Brothers' building.
  • After setup, please park at the rear of MTWS to allow attendees easy access to parking near the vending area.

Tell us about your business

The sale of books is prohibited. Vendors may not offer books of any kind, including Islamic books, children's books, or educational material. Please plan your inventory accordingly.

Policies

  • No walk-in vending — all vendors must be registered in advance.
  • No storing vendor stock or materials inside the masjid building.
  • Sisters cannot sell on the brothers' side; brothers cannot sell on the sisters' side. Spaces are strictly separated by side.
  • Brothers may cross to the sisters' side only to buy something, then must return immediately — no lingering. Security will escort loiterers back.
  • Tables must be attended at all times.
  • Please make sure all children are attended.
  • Please bring a container for trash disposal.
  • Bring all materials needed: tents, tables, chairs, signs, change, etc. You are welcome to leave tents up overnight, however MTWS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
  • Everything must be torn down and wrapped up by Sunday Asr time.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available up to Sunday, October 4, 2026 (5 days before the event start date). To request a refund, use the confirmation code in your confirmation email at our refund request page.

Conference Vending Rules and Regulations

Assalaam Alaykum, thank you for registering for the MTWS Conference. May Allah grant your business tawfeek and make the conference a benefit for both you and the community at large. We would like to share a few policies and guidelines that, Insha'Allah, will help things to run smoothly on the day of the event. Vending will be open for brothers and sisters to shop freely for the duration of the conference. Security will be present to monitor the flow of traffic. Please be mindful of modesty during all interactions.

Check in

Check in will begin at 10:30 AM on Friday. Please be on time so as not to interfere with the setup process. Vendors are welcome to leave their tents up overnight, however MTWS is not liable for any damages.

Setup Time

Setup will begin once the Check in process has been completed. No early arrivals will be accepted prior to the check in time. Setup will begin at 10:30 AM and end at 11:15 AM for sisters who have males assisting them. Please note that all males will be required to leave promptly at 11:15. For sisters who will not have male assistants, setup will begin at 11:15 AM and end at 12:00 PM.

Spaces

Vending spaces can be selected at the time of check in and will be issued on a first come first serve basis. A sign with a QR code will be posted in a designated location in the front of each building. Each registrant will select the number that correlates with their desired location. Again, no early arrivals will be accepted prior to the check in time. Each space will be an area of 10ft x 10ft. Vending spaces for Sisters are in the front yard area of the Sisters' building. Vending spaces for Brothers is in the front parking lot of the Brothers' building.

Parking

After setting up we ask that Sisters and Brothers park their cars at the rear of MTWS to allow attendees to easily access parking that is close to the vending area.

Release of Liability

NOTICE: THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

The Participant understands that this Activity may involve exposure to hazards that may result in legal liabilities, bodily injury, or property loss or damage.

The Participant hereby freely, voluntarily, and without duress execute this Release under the following terms:

  1. Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk. Participant acknowledges that in the course of the Activity, the Participant or its agents or representatives might cause injuries, death, property damage or other harm to third parties. Participant accepts and voluntarily incurs all risks of any such injuries, damages, or harm which arise during or result from the Activity, except only to the extent caused by the sole negligence of intentional misconduct of Masjid Tawheed Was-Sunnah or its officers, volunteers, agents, and representatives.
  2. Waiver and Release. Participant waives, releases and forever discharges all claims against Masjid Tawheed Was-Sunnah and its officers, volunteers, agents, and representatives (hereinafter collectively "Released Parties") for any injuries, damages, losses or claims, whether known and unknown, which arise during or result from the Activity, except only to the extent caused by the sole negligence or intentional misconduct of any of the Released Parties.
  3. Indemnification and Hold Harmless. Participant agrees to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from the Activity, except only to the extent caused by the sole negligence or intentional misconduct of any of the Released Parties.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I just show up and sell on the day of the event?

No — vending is registration-only. No walk-in vending is allowed. All vendors must be registered in advance through this form.

Can sisters vend on the brothers' side, or vice versa?

No. Spaces are strictly separated by side. Sisters' spaces are in the front yard of the Sisters' building; brothers' spaces are in the front parking lot of the Brothers' building.

I'm a brother — can I go to the sisters' vending area?

Only to buy something, and you must return immediately afterward. Security will escort anyone lingering back to the brothers' side.

Can I store extra stock or materials inside the masjid building?

No. Vendor stock and materials may not be stored inside the masjid building. Please plan accordingly — everything stays at your space.

What time do I need to set up?

What should I bring?

When do I need to be torn down?

Everything must be torn down and wrapped up by Sunday Asr time.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?

Yes, refunds are available up to 5 days before the event start date (or the specific deadline shown on your confirmation email for standalone vending events). To request a refund, use your confirmation code at our refund request page.

How do I prove I'm a registered vendor on-site?

Your confirmation code — sent in your confirmation email after payment — serves as your proof of registration. An auditor will walk the vending area with a printed vendor list and ask for your name, phone number, and confirmation code.

Can I sell books?

No. The sale of books is prohibited — this includes Islamic books, children's books, and educational material. Please plan your inventory accordingly.

Where should I park after setting up?
